Requesting a quote
Please include the following elements in your initial e-mail so that I can respond as quickly as possible:
- the document(s) that you wish to submit for linguistic services;
- complete billing information:
- name of the company (and your department, etc., if needed)
- name of the contact person (the person whose name will appear on the quote/bill, usually the person in charge of the project)
- complete billing address
- telephone and fax numbers
- any applicable unique business identifiers (Sirets, tax ID numbers, etc.)
- European Union VAT number (if applicable);
- any other information that may be useful (in particular any mentions needed for your internal accounting needs).
The information and documents that you provide will be used strictly for our mutual business needs (see "Your privacy" on the Legal notices page).
